Our recent stay at Elounda Bay Palace was quite relaxing, thanks to beautiful grounds and helpful staff who made our time enjoyable. However, the dining options were disappointing at times, particularly with the buffet selections, which felt lackluster. The location was an advantage, with easy access to nearby towns. A few minor issues regarding management responsiveness left us feeling that overall, the experience didn't quite align with the five-star expectations.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. While the beautiful landscaping and private beaches provided a lovely setting for relaxation, the dated rooms and high drink prices were disappointing. The service varied, with some staff being incredibly attentive, while others fell short of expectations.
